Job Description :
Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions across digital and print media.
Lead visual direction for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations
Translate complex ideas into visually compelling graphics and layouts
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design best practices.
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house team
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
Experience working within brand guidelines and developing new design systems
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
UI/UX design experience
Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic understanding)Role & responsibilities
