Job Description :
Create daily short-form & long-form videos (YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Favebook Reels) using AI-powered video creation tools such as Veo 3, Sora 2, Pictory, Synthesia, Veed.io, OpusClip, Runway etc.
Ensure high-quality output with engaging visuals, captions, sound effects, and background music.
Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize reach and impressions.
Collaborate with the Content Writer to convert scripts into compelling video stories.
Work with the SEO Team Lead to optimize thumbnails, titles, hashtags, and descriptions for better organic reach.
Maintain consistency in video output target of 1015 short/long videos/day after training.
Continuously monitor platform trends (YT Shorts/FB Reels) and incorporate trending styles, hooks, and formats.
Organize and maintain video content library for future reuse and cross-promotion.
Candidate Profile :
Strong familiarity with AI-based video editing/creation tools.
Ability to create short/long, engaging videos quickly with minimal turnaround time.
Creative mindset with a good eye for design, typography, and social-first storytelling.
Comfortable handling multiple formats (vertical 9:16, square 1:1).
Strong knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram short-video ecosystems.
Previous experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content creation is a must.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Experience: 3–8 years in video editing/content creation.
