Job Description :
Design and create detailed 3D environments based on concept art and design specifications.
Process and work with scans, such as Mega scans and Lidar scans.
Interpret and follow reference material to produce clean, detailed, and accurate 3D environments and sets.
Maintain a real-world understanding of proportion, depth, scale, and physical space.
Collaborate with level designers to create engaging and interactive spaces that support gameplay mechanics.
Create and manage Level of Detail (LOD) models and optimize assets for real-time rendering.
Maintain high visual standards while adhering to project deadlines and production schedules.
Participate in art reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to refine the final output.
Candidate Profile :
Understand procedural workflows for real-time rendering.
Knowledge of PBR workflows and real-time rendering principles.
Model, texture, and light environments using industry-standard software, including Houdini, Maya, Blender, Substance Painter, World Machine/Gaea, and ZBrush.
Strong understanding of texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
Experience with game engines, such as Unity or Unreal Engine, is a plus.
Maintain a portfolio showcasing your best environment work.
Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
