Job Description :
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering, planning, and execution to delivery and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee SaaS integration projects involving e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Amazon, etc.) and ERP systems (NetSuite, etc.).
• Manage client communication, set expectations, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates for internal and client stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate technical discussions, review architecture/design, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Ensure adherence to agile/scrum methodologies and maintain transparency across teams.
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–12 years of experience in technical project management or similar roles in software/SaaS-based companies.
• Experience managing projects involving ERP and e-commerce integrations .
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
Good to Have:
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or AWS environments.{if have)
• Prior experience in SaaS or product-based organizations.
