Job Description :
• Lead end-to-end motion design projects concept, storyboard, design, and final animation.
• Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, product explainers, brand films, and social media animations.
• Develop motion systems, transitions, and visual styles aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams.
• Provide creative direction and ensure top-quality output.
• Mentor junior designers and support skill development.
• Integrate motion elements seamlessly into video edits.
• Stay updated with latest motion tools and trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
Candidate Profile :
5–8 years in motion design/animation, preferably in automotive, agriculture, tech, or digital-first brands. Experience with Tractor Junction/Truck Junction–style content (explainers, comparisons, feature highlights, rural + commercial vehicle storytelling) is a strong plus.
