Expertise in DV360, Meta, and Google Video campaign planning, QA, and optimization.
Ability to critically evaluate proposed client plans and provide go/no-go recommendations.
Structured, analytical thinker who can simplify complex data into actionable insights.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Proactive mindset: anticipates risks, identifies opportunities, and proposes solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital media planning/buying with hands-on expertise in DV360, Meta Ads, and Google Video campaigns and team handling exp.
Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROI, CTR, CPM, CPC)
Proficiency in DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (YouTube), and other digital platforms.
Proficiency in DV360, Google YT & Meta reach planner & Forecasting.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for both internal stakeholders and client-facing interactions.
