Candidate Profile :
Experience: 5 to 10 years in a creative or advertising agency, with a strong track record in leading campaigns and mentoring teams.
Creative Thinking: Ability to translate insights and strategy into visually compelling, idea-driven work.
Design Expertise: Deep understanding of composition, typography, photography, and brand aesthetics.
Software Fluency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); knowledge of other tools is a plus.
Leadership: A natural eye for detail and the ability to inspire, challenge, and elevate the creative team.
Presentation: Strong communication and storytelling skills confident in pitching and selling ideas.
Versatility: Experience working across categories, from FMCG and lifestyle to digital-first brands.
Portfolio: A standout portfolio that demonstrates conceptual strength, design finesse, and a clear sense of craft.
