Job Description :
Produce high-quality 3D animations for Characters, Products, and environments across all creatives.
Create and implement dynamic simulations for cloth, hair, particles, and other secondary motion effects to enhance realism and visual appeal.
Collaborate closely with 3D Modelling artists , and developers to ensure seamless integration of assets into the animation pipeline.
Optimize rigs for performance and compatibility within real-time engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) or rendering pipelines.
Participate in review and feedback sessions, iterating to maintain quality, style consistency, and project goals.
Maintain organized animation files and contribute to establishing best practices and workflow documentation.
Keep up with emerging animation technologies, plugins, and simulation tools to bring innovation and efficiency to production.
Render still images and animation sequences as per project requirements.
Candidate Profile :
Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity, including animation import/export and timeline setup.
Familiarity with Houdini for advanced procedural animation or visual effects simulation.
Knowledge of motion capture (MoCap) cleanup and retargeting workflows.
Experience creating cinematic animations, camera movement, and cutscene sequences.
Understanding of physics-based animation systems and performance optimization for real-time applications.
Skills in lighting, rendering, or compositing using tools such as Arnold, Redshift, or Nuke.
Comfort exploring new techniques and plugins to enhance motion realism, dynamics, and production efficiency.
Prior experience working in a collaborative team environment, especially in cross-disciplinary teams involving artists, designers, and developers.
