The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This position involves leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset and should have experience into B2B .
Candidate Profile :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising principles.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging content.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
