Job Description :
• Develop engaging and visually appealing content for educational purposes.
• Design modern graphics and creatives for reels and loops for social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Meta.
• Create high-quality videos using Adobe After Effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce effective Print media content such as brochures, and flyers, that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with latest trends in video production, graphic design, and social media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
• Ensure all video and graphic content meets the company's standards for quality and consistency.
• Provide creative input and direction during the brainstorming and conceptualization phases.
Candidate Profile :
• 3-5 years of experience working in Graphics- MarCom, preferably
within the ed-tech industry.
• Experience working on Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in video making and social media creatives.
• Excellent understanding of modern graphics and design trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelors degree in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
