Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled Lead Fx Artist with 5 to 10 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FX art and be able to lead a team of artists.
Roles and Responsibility
Lead a team of FX artists to create high-quality visual effects.
Develop and implement new techniques and workflows to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of FX elements.
Mentor junior artists to help them grow and develop their skills.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Ensure all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of FX art principles and techniques.
Experience leading a team of artists is essential.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills are required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools is expected.
