Interior Designer Specialist (3 - 10 yrs.)

Project Planning, Scheduling and Execution per scope of Work in the projects of Retail Spaces- Fitouts, Office Spaces, Showrooms and Institutional Projects
Lead multiple projects independently, develop individual project plans and complete with budgetary limits sent by Client.
Convey project objectives to team members involved & lead strategically Implementation Execution of Projects.
Making Presentation Drawings/ Tender Drawings/ GFC drawings for projects in Interior Design- Architecture and Fitouts
To present the Concept Design within specified timeline to Clients
To propose innovative design solutions with elevation and concept to clients as per the brief received from them.
Sound communication skill and able to coordinate and communicate with client(s)
To Propose innovative design solutions with elevation and concept to clients as per the brief received.
To create 2D & 3D design and prepare spec sheet for each product in hand
To prepare a library of all kinds of drawings based on Industry, customer segmentation and type of office etc.
To validate the usability of the design at prototype development stage ensuring its strength and usability
To make design using Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, 2D/ 3D Software as applicable.
To give a brief of the design to prototype manager and extend full support during the prototype development.
To calculate BOM and BOQ at the prototype development stage
To extend support to Director factory in making proposal to customers
Review drawing of the retail, office fit out and interiors

1. Shall have 3+ Years of Exp in Retail/ Commercial and Luxury Residential Interior Design and Architecture

2. Academic: B. Design / Dip in Interiors/ Architecture/ B Arch Preferred.

3. Proficiency in Tools/ Software: AutoCAD 2D/3D, Adobe Photoshop, 3DS Max, VRAY, Lumion

4. Concept Design, Working and Detailed Drawings,

5. BOQ and BOM from Drawings, Material Planning and Specifications

6. Project Planning, Schedule, Coordination and Stakeholder Management
