Head of Marketing (10 - 15 yrs.)

Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the overall business goals
Lead the marketing team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product, and finance to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business objectives
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry influencers, and media contacts
Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in the market, and develop strategies to take advantage of those opportunities
Develop and implement brand management strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, websites, and advertising campaigns
Develop and maintain marketing automation and CRM tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Salesforce
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
