Job Description :
Create and design visually engaging content for a variety of media, including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements etc.
Develop branding and marketing collateral, such as logos, brochures, flyers, banners, and product packaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions that meet brand guidelines and messaging.
Edit and optimize images and graphics for use in digital and print formats.
Ensure designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's visual identity.
Collaborate with other designer, marketer, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and execute creative concepts.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging video editing software/tools, design software etc.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design work.
Prepare final design files for print or digital publication, ensuring proper formatting, colour profiles, and resolution.
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Min 2 years of professional experience in graphic designing/motion graphics/video editing tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design/video projects.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout, video formats, compression techniques, and export settings.
Attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs and feedback.
