• Lead the creative direction across all branding, social media, video, and event campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications team to create powerful visuals, taglines, and stories.
• Conceptualize ideas for events, launch campaigns, and digital narratives.
• Manage designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure brand consistency and quality.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, inspiring creative concepts.
• Stay updated with design, content, and digital trends and bring innovation to our communication style.
Candidate Profile :
• 3+ years of experience in creative roles (agency/startup experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of brand building and storytelling.
• Good eye for design, color, typography, and aesthetics.
• Hands-on experience with social media, video content, and campaign ideation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
