Job Description :
Conceptualize designs:Study design briefs, determine project requirements, and translate concepts into visual designs, Create marketing materials, social media graphics, product packaging & ads.
Create visual assets:Develop digital art, logos, illustrations, layouts, and other visual materials for various platforms, Create promotional videos, Knowledge of digital content creation.
Utilize design software:Operate programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and refine designs.
Collaborate with teams:Work with marketing, copywriting, and product teams to align on messaging and brand standards.
Manage projects:Juggle multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage budgets and resources & deliver consistent visuals.
Ensure brand consistency:Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure all output reflects the company's visual identity.
Incorporate feedback:Make revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback from clients and team members.
Stay current with trends:Research and implement current design trends and techniques in digital and print media.
Candidate Profile :
Bachelors degree in NIFT/graphic design.
Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise
Proficiency in typography, color theory & design principles
Strong communication, adaptability & problem-solving skills
