Job Description :
Manage end-to-end sampling process from concept to final approval.
Coordinate with designers, embroidery, stitching, and production teams to ensure accurate sampling execution.
Handle fabric sourcing, trims, and surface ornamentation coordination.
Maintain sampling records, costing sheets, and delivery timelines.
Ensure quality and design accuracy in all developed samples.
Work closely with buyers and internal teams for product approvals.
Candidate Profile :
3+ years of experience in fashion merchandising or sampling management (preferably ethnic or bridal wear).
Strong knowledge of embroidery, fabrics, costing, and garment construction.
Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
