Creative Senior UI Designer (5 - 10 yrs.)

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and provide creative direction.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products across various platforms (e.g., web, mobile).
Wireframe and prototype designs to demonstrate design concepts
Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers
Create asset libraries, style guides, and design systems to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies in the industry
UI Design Expertise: A strong understanding of user interface design principles, best practices, and trends. Proficiency in creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for digital products, websites, and mobile applications.
Visual Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Ability to create aesthetically pleasing designs, incorporating typography, color theory, iconography, and layout principles.
User-Centric Approach: Ability to empathize with users and understand their needs and behaviors. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
Interaction Design: Proficiency in designing interactive elements and crafting engaging user interactions. Knowledge of interaction design principles, including microinteractions, animations, and transitions.

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
5+ years of experience designing for web and mobile applications
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, InVision or other wireframing/prototyping tools
Familiarity with HTML/CSS coding is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Excellent communication skills
