Requirements We want a smart and quick witted Creative Producer with an experience of 3.
5 to 5 Years in a Production House or an Integrated Advertising Agency handling end to end scripting, ideation and pitches for videography, photography and edit projects.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of video execution and ideation.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills and ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.
A wide vocabulary at par with Mr.
Tharoor, with a memory of Mike Ross and observational skills like that of Sherlock.
Can ace multitasking and is looking for an enriching and challenging role.
Giving attention to detail and accuracy of work should be your thing.

Actively present ideas to expand service offering and upscale scope whenever possible.
Participate in business development presentations and meetings as appropriate.
Bring in New Business for the organization.
Creating best practices for the production teams, strong cross-cultural communications and the ability to prioritize and problem solve on a daily basis Analyzing the clients business, category, culture and the consumer to give the best creative solutions and managing expectations with the client, ensuring internal quality standards are met May include other duties as assigned.
