Creative Leadership:
Drive the overall creative vision across digital, print, and video campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpointsinternal and external.
Team Building & Management:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of creatives—designers, writers, editors, and producers.
Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven culture that values creativity and accountability.
Execution & Oversight:
Oversee the end-to-end creative process—from ideation to execution.
Manage workflows, timelines, and approvals to ensure timely and high-quality output.
Candidate Profile :
Proven experience with visual storytelling, branding, and campaign development.
Strong portfolio that showcases multi-platform work—print, digital, motion, and video.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and basic video tools is a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to balance creativity with business strategy.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
