Job Description :
7-10 years of experience in brand building, demonstrating strong design and communication skills. Preferably coming from a reputed creative agency or already working with a start-up heading the creative function/team.
Hand-on experience and proven understanding of design, copy, layouts, UI&UX; principles
Excellent knowledge of various software and tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Illustrator etc.
Consumer centricity and open to experimentation based approach
Understanding of creative development process, brand architecture and values
Adapt at working with multiple stakeholders from corporate and regional teams across various functions like operations, product, technology, HR, finance and marketing.
Rock solid leadership and communication skills.
Candidate Profile :
Direct and motivate teams of graphic designers, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them deliver effectively.
Act as mentor and team coach to build the required design/ creative depth & capability in- house.
Should be able to deliver top notch production assignments across videos (YouTube/TV), radio, outdoor, animation and photography effortlessly.
Should be willing to get his/her hands dirty wrt. design, copy or production as and when required.
Work closely with the brand team to define guidelines wrt. imagery, copy, tonality, layouts etc across various ATL, BTL and Online mediums.
Manage and ensure consistent creative execution across all mediums web, app, social media, offline and ATL.
Act as the custodian of brand and should ensure all executions are as per brand guidelines
Define and own the creative development cycle. Put in place processes to scale, replicate and track and measure the creative effort required on a project.
Develop templates for creative audits and research with the end users and leverage insights and feedback into the current set-up.
