Creative Director Fiction (3 - 7 yrs.)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Lead to join our team at Colors, The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a creative team and overseeing the development and execution of compelling and engaging content, Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the channel's vision and target audience
Stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content decisions
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Provide guidance and feedback to team members to ensure the production of high-quality content
Content Development: Oversee the ideation, creation, and execution of TV programs, series, and other content formats
Collaborate with producers, writers, directors, and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all content meets the channel's standards for creativity, quality, and cultural relevance
Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of ongoing projects
Budget Management: Work closely with the production team to manage budgets for content development
Optimize resource allocation to maximize creative output within financial constraints
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including OAP, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to align content with overall business objectives
Establish strong relationships with external partners, including production houses and talent agencies
