Creating engaging concepts and mesmerizing designs to create the highest level of connect with the target groups
Inspiring creativity throughout all design work
Designing our presence at all international trade shows and conferences
Recruiting, leading and managing the design team. Scheduling and prioritizing their queues.
Ensuring that the working processes (Planning, documentation, etc) are run efficiently
Identifying and working with specialized international and local agencies Who should apply for this role
Has 4- 8 years of design/ management experience at an advertising agency/ design studio
Has experience managing a team of designers, Web developers and artists
Possesses strong design knowledge, both with online and offline media
Has very strong writing and communication skills
Has a strong orientation towards technology
Is good at managing multiple activities projects
