Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to join our creative team
As a Creative Director, you will own the entire video content production workflow, right from scripting and character visualization to the final video creation.
Your Part
Content Lifecycle Management: Own the complete content lifecycle including ideation, scripting, character visualization, image and video asset creation, final video creation and quality check of the content.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to create the best quality content
Quality Assurance: Ensure the project meets the companys high standards for quality, style, and consistency; provide constructive feedback and support to the team.
Team Leadership: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting creativity and professional growth within the creative team.
Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques in the content production process.
Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting new talent and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.
