Job Description :
Lead the creative vision for campaigns, packaging, ATL, BTL, and digital communication.
Create new designs for packaging and marketing
Oversee creative development for advertising, social media, POSM, packaging, and e-commerce assets.
Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure brand consistency and quality.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, and video teams.
Candidate Profile :
Design or Brand Manager with past experience in a leading creative agency or a consumer brand
Proven creative leadership and storytelling ability
Experience across ATL, BTL, digital, social, and packaging
Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with marketing analytics and creative workflows
