Job Description :
Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated brand campaigns from ideation to final delivery.
Develop visually compelling designs that translate marketing strategies into impactful creative assets.
Craft and evolve the brands visual identity across digital, social media, performance marketing, web, app, and offline communication.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and digital teams to build a cohesive and forward-thinking brand story.
Deliver high-quality creative solutions that align with business goals and communicate complex financial offerings clearly.
Bring fresh thinking, challenge norms, and contribute to developing a strong creative culture within the organization.
Ensure consistency and excellence in all creative outputs within brand guidelines.
Candidate Profile :
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-led design, campaign thinking, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in digital communications, including social media design, performance creatives, and UX/UI principles.
Ability to translate marketing strategies into engaging design solutions.
Deep understanding of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
Ability to think strategically and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to own ideas and see them through execution.
