Job Description :

Creative Leadership: Lead and manage a team of designers, video editors, and other creative professionals to produce engaging and high-quality content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, blogs, and websites. Ensure content strategies are aligned with the overall marketing goals and KPIs.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide creative solutions, and maintain strong client relationships. Present creative ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Quality Control: Review and approve all creative work before it is published or distributed to ensure it meets the highest quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
Team Development: Mentor and develop the creative team by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and content creation. Propose and implement new ideas and strategies to enhance the company s creative output.
Performance Metrics: Track and analyze the performance of creative campaigns using various metrics and analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies and creative execution.

Candidate Profile :

Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Video Editing or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Creative Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns across multiple platforms. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types and formats.
Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a creative team to achieve their best work.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders effectively.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and achieve business goals.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in creative tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and content management systems.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
