Job Description :
We’re looking for a seasoned Art Director to lead a powerhouse creative team. This role is critical in driving high-quality, marketplace-compliant content across branding, performance, and organic efforts. You'll own everything from creative strategy and process development to execution and team leadership—all with the goal of producing consistent, impactful, and efficient creative output for our clients.
Candidate Profile :
4+ years in a Creative Leadership role or equivalent, with direct experience managing teams across design and copy.
Deep knowledge of graphic design, brand development, copywriting, and the creative process—especially for Amazon-first content.
Proficient in industry-standard tools: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.), Lightworks, and similar.
Strong communication skills and the ability to understand, interpret, and respond to client needs.
Experience in SOP development, workflow optimization, and team enablement.
