Job Description :
Collaborate with the Creative Director to aid direction, design, and production of graphics and videos.
Oversees the creation of graphics, artboards, photo, video, and layout design.
Establishes and implements design and format standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results.
Developing visual layouts/ideas for marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, web layouts, emails, social posts and more.
Support graphic and video team on day-to-day creative support on layout, colours, typography etc.
Client interaction to understand the requirement, feedback and take tasks to completion.
Candidate Profile :
3-5 years of relevant experience preferably working in a creative agency.
A creative person with interest in exploring new ideas and mediums, sketching skills would be a plus.
Should be hardworking & a hustler in designing and looking for a long-term run to build a career.
Bachelor or Masters in Fine arts from a leading school.
Hands-on experience in all the software mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design.
Love to learn & adapt to new trends in designing.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Manages the team in the day-to-day performance.
Ensures that project/team milestones/goals are met and adhering to timelines.
