You will lead the design and creative vision across all event and experiential projects, from brand experiences and launches to themed celebrations and immersive installations.
Your mandate: Reimagine the visual soul of Aura, inspire a talented team of designers, and ensure every project looks, feels, and tells a powerful story.
Candidate Profile :
15+ years of doing the thing , event design, spatial design, experiential marketing, art direction and still hungry for what’s next.
You speak fluent Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3D Max but your true medium is imagination.
You understand scale, drama, and detail and when to dial each up.
You can lead creatives with empathy, direction, and the occasional pep talk that starts with “Okay, hear me out”
You care deeply about the work and not just how it looks, but how it feels.
