Strong Ideation and visualization skills. - Sound layout sense.
Should be able work with the complete Adobe suite including Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign.
Never ending urge to learning.
Should be talented and skilled to bring creative ideas to life either digitally or in print. Usually working from a verbal brief or from a rough scribble.

Experience in mid-sized ad agency working for a traditional ad agency or a digital team.
Should be passionate about advertising, PLUS you may possess a degree/diploma in commercial art from a reputed ART institute. Out of the box thinker, attitude to work with good interpersonal skills.
Well conversed with graphic and layout software like Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
good aesthetic sense and creative ability.
Development of creative projects from start to finish, including branding, presentation materials, internal and event Business development materials, newsletters.
Conceptualizing, visualizing and designing creative marketing content like, product packaging labels, graphic illustrations on product and other marketing collateral.
Image post processing including cleaning and other enhancements.
Having knowledge of basic web designing though not mandatory.
