Job Description :
Lead the design and architecture of large-scale, high-performance Java-based applications.
Define architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices for development and integration.
Design and optimize MySQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Drive end-to-end solution architecture across application, data, and infrastructure layers.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and performance best practices.
Mentor and guide engineering teams in Java technologies, database optimization, and architectural design.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide effective solutions.
Candidate Profile :
Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) alongside MySQL.
Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible).
Knowledge of security best practices in application and database design.
Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
