Job Description :
Design and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for games, apps, videos, and other digital media.
Create storyboards, animatics, and timing layouts to visualize animation sequences and scene flow.
Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and art directors to translate static concepts into dynamic motion.
Develop smooth transitions, expressive character animations, and interactive effects that enhance storytelling and user engagement.
Work closely with developers and producers to ensure animations are technically optimized and integrated effectively into final products.
Maintain a consistent visual style and animation quality across all assets, adhering to brand and project guidelines.
Apply principles of timing, spacing, anticipation, and squash and stretch to create life-like, appealing motion.
Revise and refine animations based on feedback from clients,and team members to achieve the best visual outcome.
Candidate Profile :
Strong proficiency in Adobe Animate , After Effects, and other animation or compositing tools (e.g., Toon Boom Harmony, Spine, or similar).
Solid understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and pacing.
A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your animation skills, creative approach, and range of motion styles.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce clean, fluid, and visually cohesive animation sequences.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for bringing ideas to life through motion.
